State Member David Weprin has been chosen as the Democratic candidate in the race to fill the seat of the former member of Congress Anthony Weiner, sources say NY1.

The special election is scheduled for September 13.

Sources say Weprin will introduce paperwork tomorrow and was exploited because it is said be the "most loyal" Democrats Queen.

Weprin is a new Member of the Assembly of the State and the former President of the municipal finance.

He also ran in the Democratic primary for controller of the city in 2009 where he proved to be a funding activity.

There is no agreement that Weprin will not work in 2012, even if the district is supposed to be dismembered.

The 9th Congressional District includes parts of Brooklyn and Queens.

The Democratic leaders of two boroughs are responsible for choosing the candidate of the party in a special election.

Sources say moving in Congress could to profile the Weprin for potential 2013 for the controller of the city.

Bob Turner, a Republican who challenged Weiner in 2010, should obtain the support of GOP leaders and the conservative party to run as well.

Weiner has resigned the month after admitting it sending inappropriate messages and photos of women online.
