Update: Casey Anthony to be released from prison on Wednesday

(CBS/WKMG/AP) ORLANDO, Florida - Casey Anthony was sentenced Thursday by judge Belvin Perry to four years in prison for having lied to the police, but with the credit for the period of time and good behaviour, it is likely to be released late July or early August.

She received one year in prison to be served consecutively, on each of the four counts of providing false information to the application of the Act. As a fine of $1,000 for each count, plus court costs.

After the sentencing, name of the Caylee chanted demonstrators outside the courthouse and "Justice for Caylee", reports of the station.

"At least she Won't get to pop the Cork of champagne this evening," Reece said of the decision of the judge to keep Anthony in prison.

The crowd of a few dozen protesters charged emotional was outside the handful of supporters of Casey Anthony, which included a man with a sign asking Anthony to marry him, WKMG reports.

On Tuesday, Anthony was acquitted the first degree murder, child abuse and charges of homicide aggravated by the death of her daughter, Caylee.
