(Seoul, July 4, Xinhua) - the number of South Korean marines killed in a shooting which took place on the island of Ganghwa dolmen sites West of Seoul rose Monday morning at 4 after one of the three wounded died in hospital, the Ministry of defence, said.
A corporal of the Navy opened fire on six of his fellow Marines to worms 11: 50 am on Monday, leaving four dead and two wounded. Corporal, nicknamed Kim, was injured in an apparent suicide attempt, YTN reported, citing military officials.
The author was taken into custody on the island of Ganghwa dolmen sites. The motive for the shooting remains unknown and the incident is under investigation, according to local media.
