In signe of how close to home for Mr Cameron scandal hits, this former assistant - Andy Coulson, a former moderator of the editor of world who served later as a strategist, communications Chief of the Prime Minister - was arrested in the case of hacking of phone about an hour after the appearance of Mr. Cameron.

Mr. Cameron also suggested that Rebecca Brooks - the CEO of the newspaper for the U.K. by News Corp. Unit and a personal friend of the Prime Minister - should resign.

Speaking at a Conference of media from its offices in Downing Street, Mr Cameron announced an independent inquiry headed by a judge, to investigate the telephone hacking world news of the tabloid newspaper allegations, to begin after a current police investigation ends.

He said also would be an investigation in culture media in the United Kingdom, which said, would ideally begin this summer and has proposed that all parties - including politicians from the country - have a lot to answer for. "The truth is that we were all in this together," said Mr. Cameron. "Yes, including me."

Mr. Cameron's comments followed a dramatic week in which News Corp. decided to shutter the 168 years of the world news to put an end to the controversy that has engulfed the tabloid. The saga involves the use of the journal of private detectives to obtain personal information about celebrities, politicians and other public figures, including through failure in the mailbox of the voice of mobile phone, a practice called hacking phone several years ago.

Mr. Cameron personally was attracted in the scandal through Mr. Coulson, his advisor of former media Chief who has been editor in Chief of the news of the world between 2003 and 2007. Mr. Coulson resigned from his role of Advisor Mr. Cameron in January in the growing pressure of prosecution and investigation on the tactical reports deployed to the tabloid he was editor in Chief.

Despite two actions a few years ago, police were forced to reopen the inquiry earlier this year as more information surfaced area, mainly through civil proceedings by those alleging were victims of phone hacking.

Friday, Mr. Cameron has said that he takes full responsibility for his decision to hire Mr. Coulson, but defends the decision, saying he believed that it was only fair to judge on the work that he has in his Office. "The decision to hire him was mine and mine alone, and I take full responsibility for it,", said Mr. Cameron. He stopped short of saying that it was a mistake and described Mr. Coulson as a friend.

An hour later, the friend was in custody. Police British Friday said they arrested a 43 - year man, with regard to allegations of corruption and illegally intercepted voice messages. According to a person familiar with the issue, the arrested man is Andy Coulson, editor for the paper from 2003 to 2007 and resigned in communication from the Prime Minister head earlier this year.

It is the sixth person arrested since the case was reopened this year and the highest executive paper or business to be arrested. None of the arrested persons were charged. Mr. Coulson could not be reached for comment Friday.

The scandal has led to calls for the resignation of Ms. Brooks, Executive Director of the unit of the company U.K. newspaper, News International, which was News Editor in Chief of the world until 2003, during the time of the hacking of telephone of the murdered girl. Ms. Brooks, which since then has become one of top lieutenants to the newspaper for the UK by News Corp. Unit, has until this received the support of News Corp., Director Executive of Rupert Murdoch and his son.

Mr Cameron, who is a friend of Ms. Brooks, at the press conference Friday referred to reports that Ms. Brooks recently offered his resignation. "I would have taken it," said Mr. Cameron.

Mr. Cameron also said the relationship between the British media and politicians have become too comfortable and politicians, were also responsible for insufficient control of the media industry. "Party leaders were so keen to win the support of newspapers we have closed their eyes,"he says. ".

Owners of newspapers and journalists of leading since long a close relationship with the politicians in power of Great Britain that are always take advantage of their peers in other countries. Marriage of 2009 Ms. Brooks was then Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Mr Cameron and other British law key decision makers. Publicly released records show Mr Brown entertain a steady stream of journalists in the country of the premier retreat of chequers as his predecessors had.

This close relationship sometimes gives journalists an angle to hit politicians, while the partisan coverage can fuel resentment among the legislators themselves. Labour say regulators that tabloids News Corp were particularly biased against them in the race until the elections of last may, with the Sun of switching allegiance on the eve of the discourse of main Conference of Mr. Brown.

Phone scandal piracy back in late 2005, when Prince William personnel alerted the possibility that the news of the world had hacked phone prince, triggering a police investigation, the authorities. Which led to the conviction of the Royal family of the corresponding journal Clive Goodman and Glenn Mulcaire, a private detective hired by the tabloid, who received sentences of four to six months ' imprisonment, respectively, for the phone of piracy.

Mr. Coulson resigned as editor-in-Chief of the newspaper after these statements of guilt saying: he took the responsibility of piracy that occurred on his watch that he did not know about it.

Mr. Coulson later became Director of communications of Mr. Cameron. But earlier this year, Mr. Coulson must resign again, saying advertising continues around the case made its difficult position.

On Tuesday he becomes a player when it appeared that News International had spent on the e-mails suggesting that Mr. Coulson, in the edition of this newspaper, may know the tabloid paid police officers for more information.

Former head of the Monetary Fund International Dominique Strauss Kahn (file photo)

Christine Lagarde French begins work as first female boss of the Monetary Fund International, his predecessor, Dominique Strauss-Kahn is facing new charges of sexual assault in Paris. Strauss-Kahn plans on filing a countersuit.

New accuser of Dominique Strauss-Kahn is very different from the New York hotel maid who has offered a dubious testimony in a case of sexual assault against former Fund International Monetary Chief.

Thirty-two years old Tristane Banon is a French author.  His mother is a prominent member of the Socialist Party French and once would have been close to Strauss-Kahn family.  Banon argues that Strauss-Kahn tried to rape her when she was interviewed in 2002.

David Koubbi Banon lawyer made it clear in interviews on French radio that the case of the French and New York were completely separate.  He said that he was collaborating with the American justice system.

Counsel for Strauss-Kahn said in an interview with the Associated Press, that they will be filing a complaint for libel against Banon must prosecute.

The last door charge on stroke from Strauss-Kahn, whose fortune has appeared on the rise in the reports that the case of sexual assault in New York against him was introuble.  In France, some members of his opposition of the Socialist Party, as leader of the party Martine Aubrey, raised speculation that Strauss-Kahn could even run for the French Presidency of the next year, if it is disabled.

Aubrey said French radio that Strauss-Kahn to become a candidate, person would force a calendar on it.

Analyst Nicole Bacharan, of the foundation of Political Sciences in Paris, said there is a possibility of outside that the former head of the IMF could still return to political life.

"One way would be to look at as an innocent man who went through an ordeal, who suffered political damage unknown at least in recent history and it could have the aura of martyrdom and come back from the dead."  Some political incredible story to tell and he could return, "said Bacharan.

But it may be that the French are tired, and the traditional line between privacy of elected representatives and public life has been erased.  In addition to the case of Strauss-Kahn, two other political scandals have hit the news in recent weeks.

American University Professor of political science in Paris, Steven Ekovic:

"It seems to me it was the scandal that has just gone too far, and the French are now seek them on the conduct of their politicians and political figures," said Ekovich.

Mother of Banon, said she regretted now have already said to his daughter remain silent on attempted rape of Strauss-Kahn.  Experts say that any legal proceedings against him in France could take years.

Casey Anthony trial: former fiancé said Lee Anthony took sister - ABC News

A former fiancée of Casey Anthony, said today that the woman's brother of Florida once took it while she was asleep and she wanted to keep her daughter Caylee away from him.

Jesse Grund testified at the trial without jury in Casey Anthony murder room. Judge Belvin Perry will decide Wednesday whether the evidence is admissible.

If his testimony is allowed, it could help the defence claims that Casey Anthony has suffered sexual abuse at the hands of his brother and his father. Casey Anthony, 25, is accused of murderinig daughter Caylee and facing the death penalty if convicted.

His father, George Anthony, denied charges of abuse. Lee Anthony never was asked directly by the Crown or the defence if he has abused his sister.

An another former boyfriend of Casey Anthony, Tony Lazzaro, has already testified Florida woman said her father was physically abusive and Lee Anthony had attempted to "feel his", but did not succeed.

Who's who in the trial of the case of Anthony

Today, Jesse Grund, which at one time was engaged to Casey and thought he was the father of Caylee, said Lee Anthony as "standoffish" and "sullen" around him.

"She told me that at a time over the past years she has awakened one night with Lee standing on it,"Grund said."" He also said that Casey Anthony told him she woke again to Lee Anthony groping him.

"Everything that said Casey I taken as truth and fact...".I wanted nothing to do with him, "said Grund.

Casey Anthony appeared emotional, but not to cry as Grund spoke. Lee Anthony testified earlier in the day, but did not abuse. He has testified on his anger to the fact that his family did not invite to the birth of the Caylee.

The Defense seems to try to find ways to strengthen their theory without Casey Anthony, taking the stand. The defence argues that 2 years Caylee accidentally drowned in the family pool and George Anthony helped dispose of the body. They argue that Casey Anthony cache death of her daughter in a bizarre adaptation mechanism she learned years of sexual abuse on the part of his father and brother.

The defence said today that they have about six witnesses, even call. The judge noted the defence only if Anthony testify, it will have to confirm that this is his decision not to do so.

"The conclusion that the defence is based and if the defendant does not testify, I investigate... If it's his decision and his alone," said Perry.

Without the jury present, the judge also heard testimony of two corrections of Orange County who described Anthony as a model prisoner who is always enjoyable despite living in a cell 23 hours a day 6-by-8 feet.

"His behaviour has never changed." It was the same person. It is constant as a bee. It is never upwards or downwards, said Sergeant Dennis Moonsammy.

The judge found that the evidence concerning the behaviour of Anthony as a detainee was inadmissible.

Earlier in the day, the Defense focused on the discovery of the remains of the Caylee per metre drive Roy Kronk. Kronk said at the time that he discovered the skull of Caylee on December 11, 2008.

"I was behind it so I was looking for it by behind." I still thought it was real gently, I took [counter drive stick] and put it in the right eye support...It was something really horrific for me of course, "said Kronk.

The toddler was found in a wooded area off the coast of Suburban Drive near the family home of Anthony. With the remains of the toddler were tape coverage of Winnie the Pooh, canvas bags, black plastic garbage bags and a bottle of Gatorade with a syringe.

Casey Anthony defense team put Kronk on the stand in the hope to prove to the jury a key point of their theory of defence that Kronk moved the body and tampered with the remains of the toddler in the hope of collecting a reward.

Kronk gave testimony which was sometimes confusing. He appeared to be in conflict with previous statements, that he gave to prosecutors and law enforcement. At one point, Kronk denied ever picking up the skull or a bag that was with the remains, but later, he said he has picked up the bag, he struck three times and eventually the skull at his feet.
