TALLAHASSEE - Pas as an outsider named Claude Kirk took the oath of office, 44 years ago have leisure hosted an enigmatic Rick Scott Governor.
We know the strokes agenda General Scott: bar oblique cut taxes and government regulation and prosecution hurt business. We know that it is a hard charging that intends to be ambitious, perhaps even radical, in trying to job creation.
"I resolved looking fat - probably more fat than some people- but bold and positive changes" 45th Governor of Florida told more than 3,500 gathered before the old capital on a bright and sunny inauguration Tuesday. However, we don't really know Scott, even after having spent more than 60 million of his own money TV ads and closely won Office of the Governor.
We do not know if Scott cares consensus or concerned about fighting spirit. We do not know whether it is ready to work with the option - or stand up to – a voluntary legislature.
It is light both elitist and daring, but we do not yet know if billionaire ousted from his own health care company is a competent leader.
His performance in his inaugural speech could prove a metaphor: Scott knew exactly what he meant and ordered a neat, but then tripped speech repeatedly trying to give him.
"It is not some petty office holder used to soothe,", said an admiring former Governor Kirk, who turns 85 Friday and was personally invited to attend to Scott.
Four former Republican Governors - Kirk, Charlie Crist, Jeb Bush and Bob Martinez - were place Tuesday and each available Scott similarities.
The new Governor sharing Kirk, but certainly not the flamboyance of Kirk outsider status. But there are major differences between Scott face today and that Bush was in 1999. Bush has the advantage of very strong economy as well as a deep reservoir of goodwill of the Republican base and colleagues in the legislature.
Scott is confronted with an economy still reeling and devoid of any support long-time or goodwill with Republican activists and leaders of the legislative. Top legislators past million against Scott and painting him as a thief, and a lot of skepticism remains below the surface.
That said, Scott work with a Republican majority of veto proof in the Legislative Assembly and the more conservative Florida Senate never.

Many Bush loyalist's work on Scott's transition team, but his circle seems largely composed of "outsiders" in Tallahassee and Florida. Many come from conservatives for the rights of patients, the political group Scott formed in 2009 against Democrats health care reform.
Even the opening events felt as a departure from how Tallahassee sees generally - more security than ever before, great processions, regal decor on the inaugural scene.
INDEPENDENCE
Personal wealth and lack of dependence Tallahassee initiated and interests special money-breeders Scott, gives him an independence that lack of most politicians. It is not clear, however, that its forming administration still has a handle on all moving parts involved in the Government of Florida or how to navigate in strong currents.
"Here in Florida," Scott has said Tuesday, "we have what we need to do the next four years the most exciting time in our history".
Certainly sounds like it. And the unpredictable.
